Creamy Spinach Dip (South Beach Phase 1)

1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup ff sour cream
2 scallions, cut in chunks
2 tsp dried dillweed
2 to 3 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt

Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Makes 2 cups
