for 2 pounds of dough
1 and 1/ 2 cups of water
1 teaspoon on honey (local is best)
2 teaspoons of salt, the good stuff not mortons.
3 and 1/4 cups of really good flour, like King
Authors all pourpuse or bread flour
bread flour will rise more.
3/4 cup of Whole wheat flour
and 2 1/2 teaspoons of really good yeast.
when it looks like pizza dough it's done.
