Garlic Rosemary Potatoes
Serves 8-10
Ingredients
4 pounds new potatoes, scrubbed, halved
2 heads garlic, cloves separated
4 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, toss potatoes and garlic cloves with rosemary. Add olive and
toss to coat lightly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place potatoes in a single layer on a sheet pan, cut side down. Roast 30 to 45 minutes or until golden
brown and tender
