2 Cups Blanched almond flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 Tb cinnamon
1 Tb Pure vanilla
1 cup dates (pitted) or raisins
3 Ripe bananas
3 Eggs
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 1/2 shredded carrots
3/4 cup walnuts
Mix together with a electric mixer. Spoon Mixture into paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
