3 romaine leaves
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
handful red grapes cut in half
1 stalk celery chopped
mayonnaise
cube chicken breast in to 1/2 to 1 inch pieces.
Heat oil in pan. add chicken pieces. Spice to taste. cook thoroughly.
in a bowl place chicken chunks, celery, grapes, and dressing to taste.
Wash and dry romaine leaves. scoop chicken salad in to leaves and enjoy!
