Fresh Guacamole



















Ingredients:

4 ripe avocados, washed, peeled, pitted and mashed.
2 cups chopped, peeled Fresh Tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped Onion
1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon Olive or Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon White Vinegar
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Garlic clove, minced

Method:

In a bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Let stand for about 1 hour. Serve at room temperature. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.

  1. FYI I have no idea how many calories are in this but I know it is good food and should be good for you in moderation. I posted it here because I needed to keep it for a Super Bowl party.
