Chicken Scampi
























Cooking Time:
 30 minutes - one hour


Ingredients:


1 1/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon oregano

2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce

1/4 cup white wine, optional

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Directions:

Cut chicken into 1" strips. Mix marinade ingredients in a zip-lock baggie and shake to mix. Add chicken to baggie and marinate for 30 minutes. Broil 10 - 14 minutes (or until all the pink is gone), turning once halfway through.
