Mini Meatballs


I used only lean beef and no sausage.







Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb bulk Italian sausage
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In medium bowl, combine all the ingredients; shape into 3/4 inch balls.
3. Place the meatballs in a 15×10 inch jelly roll pan.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes (or until brown).
